Thiago Martins de Melo and Jaider Esbell participate in the 3rd edition of Frestas - Triennial of Arts at Sesc Sorocaba, alongside more than 50 artists and artistic collectives. The exhibition revives the dialogue with the city, articulating perspectives to its geographies and possibilities of affectation, encounter, and memory.

Curated by Beatriz Lemos, Diane Lima and Thiago de Paula Souza, the group exhibition "The river is a snake" gathered different cultural agents from Sorocaba and region, Boa Vista and the Raposa-Serra do Sol indigenous land (Roraima); Manaus and the surroundings of the Tupana river (Amazonas); Belém, in Pará; Serra da Capivara National Park, in Piauí; Alcântara and São Luís, in Maranhão.
